After a lot of rumors about the Essential Phone that is created by Andy Rubin, the father of android, the phone was launched a few days back. The most eye catchy part of this phone is the screen itself. The Essential phone tries to keep up with the bezel-less smartphones of 2017, which has an edge to edge LCD display keeping a tiny chin at the bottom and just a small space for the selfie camera on top. The weird thing about this phone is that there is no branding on the phone. The phone feels solid in hand and following the trend the phone has a ceramic back which is glossy enough to attract a lot of finger prints. The side is covered by metal that have cut outs for the antenna bands. The fingerprint scanner is at the back of the phone which looks cool and adds character to the phone.
