The Essential Phone.

Image
After a lot of rumors about the Essential Phone that is created by Andy Rubin, the father of android, the phone was launched a few days back. The most eye catchy part of this phone is the screen itself. The Essential phone tries  to keep up with the bezel-less smartphones of 2017, which has an edge to edge LCD display keeping a tiny chin at the bottom and just a small space for the selfie camera on top. The weird thing about this phone is that there is no branding on the phone. The phone feels solid in hand and following the trend the phone has a ceramic back which is glossy enough to attract a lot of finger prints. The side is covered by metal that have cut outs for the antenna bands.  The fingerprint scanner is at the back of the phone which looks cool and adds character to the phone. The dual camera looks tiny when compared by other smartphones and does not have a camera bump. There are also two holes at the back for modules that can be added to the phone. At

The best from One Plus!

Looking at the OnePlus 5, it’s hard to believe that the company that made it is less than four years old. This is a phone that manages to hold its own alongside flagship devices from companies that have enormous pots of money to spend on research, development and design, and a decade or more of experience making smartphones. Yet OnePlus has managed to make one of the best phones of 2017, and keep the price lower than most of the competition. OnePlus has always made impressive phones at sub-flagship prices, but with this iteration the Chinese company has learned from previous mistakes, and built on its successes, to create an all-round fantastic phone. The OnePlus 5 costs more than the OnePlus 3T. That’s the hard truth about this new phone, but it’s partly because OnePlus has decided to use more premium materials. OnePlus has produced two versions of the OnePlus 5, with the base model coming with 64GB of internal storage and 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and 8GB of

Blackberry launched their new android phone this year which is well optimized and well updated for 2017. This is a phone for those people who really want a keyboard or for those people who really want a Blackberry. Blackberry has tried all kinds of interesting stuff with their hardware in the recent years like the slide out keyboard with the Blackberry Priv and a square Blackberry Passport. This year they bring it back to the classic old days of Blackberry with the 1620x1080 display and that full QWERTY keyboard and a all metal build. The hardware of this phone is definitely top notch, however the phone is not water resistant but it definitely can take drops.  The lock screen button is oddly placed on the left side of the phone with the volume keys on the right side and under the volume keys is the so called convenience button which can be mapped to and application or can be set to do a certain action. Even a long press of the letter buttons on the keyboard can launch certa

The LG G6: Built like a tank!

Image
LG has built some amazing smartphones in the past, starting from the NEXUS 5 and the beautiful G series that is still awesome till date. The 2017 flagship by LG is the best smartphone ever made by the company and is pretty durable as per the videos posted by many tech youtubers. The G6 looks classy and with minimum bezzels and a huge screen in a small body. LG has even included dual rear cameras as the V10 and the V20.    The LG G4 was all plastic. The LG G5 was all metal but oddly felt like plastic. Unlike its predecessor the G6 is carved out of corning gorilla glass 5 and metal and is pretty solid at the rear. The screen is covered by a corning gorilla glass 3 though. While Gorilla Glass 5 has been designed to survive extreme drop stress, Gorilla Glass 3 focuses largely on scratch-resistance.    The G6 is built to last long with bending resistant materials and shock-dispersing design, according to LG. It has passed Military-grade MIL-STD 810G tests which include 26 differen
